While you are in the main room, you will find Michelangelo's famous statue of David placed near many other works that were unfinished, but they all show how great a sculptor Michelangelo really was.

Visit the Gipsoteca where you will find many original plaster replicas of the works of 19th-century sculptors who worked in Florence.

Also, there is also an area for visitors to examine original musical instruments from the Medici family collection, including three violins made by Stradivarius.

Then, proceed to the painting galleries of the museum, where you will find paintings created during the Medieval and Renaissance periods.

Finally, visit the 3rd floor of the museum to view the East Side Court of the museum, where you will see the stunning Medieval alter pieces.
