Your experience

Book one of our shared or private tours, led by a local art expert to discover the Accademia Gallery in Florence, which is also home to Michelangelo's David.

Skip past the lines with priority access, as you learn about the historical context of the greatest masterpieces from the Renaissance period.

Skip the long lines that always form at this famous site and go right in with your guide to see the iconic sculpture of David and other significant works of Renaissance art by artists such as Botticelli, Ghirlandaio, and many more, all located within the Accademia Gallery.

You’ll also be able to explore other important and well-known pieces within the Accademia Gallery that include Florentine Gothic paintings, as well as humanistic styles typical of the Renaissance.

You'll see why the statue of David has achieved such an impressive level of accomplishment; it is one of the most lifelike sculptures ever created at that time.

Find out who made the works of art in this exhibition, their background and how they made them.

Learn about less well-known works, e.g., Michelangelo’s Prisoners or Slaves, while you learn from your guide about how they are known to have been made.
